My name is Radovan Janecek. This is my blog where I share my leadership experiences.

I have over two decades of management experience from co-founding a successful startup to VP-level jobs at large companies like HP or CA Technologies leading teams of all sizes and in many geographies. While most of my career has been focused on R&D in the areas of enterprise software and analytics, both on-premise and SaaS, I also created and/or directly managed Customer Support, Customer Success (Account Management), Datacenter Operations, Professional Services, Security and Compliance, HR, Inside Sales, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Product Management in my current role at GoodData.

I see myself as a transformational leader with a strong business-technology alignment focus. I love creating great relationships with customers from small startups to the largest Fortune 500 companies.
